Dimitrios G. Christopoulos will provide key insights into legal considerations governing beverage alcohol samples and sampling events during the upcoming ABDI Future Leaders session, “A Deep Dive into Samples and Sampling.”
During the presentation, Dimitri will break down the regulatory considerations for licensed suppliers, distributors and retailers looking to host consumer sampling events, including:
- Who may conduct them
- How much may be served and what conditions apply
- Rules for providing product samples to retailers in compliance with Illinois’s ‘of value’ restrictions
