Kristina D. Dickens Speaks at ABA Spring and Fall Business Law Meetings

Christopoulos Dickens Partner Kristina D. Dickens spoke at two major meetings in 2023, joining the American Bar Association (ABA) Spring and Fall Business Law Meetings as a panelist and speaker.

At the ABA Spring Business Law Meeting on April 28 Kristina discussed The PREPARE Act during the panel “Getting Into the Weeds Regarding Cannabis” regarding current cannabis trends, federal policy and Washington, Oregon and California regulations. Kristina also shared insights in support of the panel “Don’t Let Your Career Go Up In Smoke – A Discussion Regarding the Freedoms of Cannabis Law and the Restrictions of Employment” during the ABA Fall Business Law Meeting on September 7.

Kristina provides comprehensive legal counsel and risk analysis to all tiers of the beverage alcohol industry, including suppliers, distributors and retailers, including hotels, grocery stores, restaurants, bars and music venues.
