Zohaib I. Mevawalla

Zohaib I. Mevawalla’s practice focuses on advising retailers in the beverage alcohol and hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues, on local and state licensing and regulatory compliance. He assists clients with license applications, corporate guidance and business acquisitions and sales.

Before joining the firm, Zohaib served as a corporate attorney at a business law firm working on M&A transactions, where he focused on commercial contract review. He also gained valuable experience as a law clerk at a commercial litigation firm and a publicly traded ticket exchange company, where he prepared and reviewed statements of work, employment contracts and partnership agreements.
